3030 Test Platform Product Family
The 3030 modular test platform has been designed to for fill, both today's needs and tomorrow's requirements.
Modular Design & Configuration:
Through the use of modular design the 3030 can be configured to meet any specific test requirements as and when they are needed. This core facility has specifically being designed to meet the ever changing requirement placed on EMS by there customers.
Reduced time to Market:
The utilisation of SPEA's third generation programming and run time software Leonardo, has significantly reduced the NPI implementation cycle by reducing the test program generation time, and by incorporating fixture design and validation tools to streamline the fixture manufacturing process.
Productively Enhancements:
The 3030 contains all new system architecture which leveraging of the current architecture used for the silicon test platforms. This capability coupled with a new fixture design and actuation has significantly improved both first time past rates and test time.
Advanced Test Capability:
The ability to build on test capability which is at the core of the design for the 3030 enable additional test capabilities to be "bolted on" at anytime therefore ensuring security on the original investment. The ability to select test capability's fully supported from the specification phase or as and when needed to meet new product or coverage requirements.
