FTSL is committed to sustainable environmental management and to providing a safe, healthy, and productive work environment. This is accomplished through the alignment of EH&S objectives and initiatives with business goals and FTSL Values.


FTSL seeks to preserve and protect the vital natural resources of clean air, water, and land. To this end, FTSL is committed to the reduction of wastes and pollution and to the efficient usage of energy and water consumption. FTSL endeavours to identify opportunities to minimize the negative impact on the environment of its activities, products and processes.


FTSL emphasizes shared responsibility for safety and fosters a culture which provides effective systems and encourages active employee involvement in the identification of potential hazards, as well as the development of solutions. To achieve continuous improvement in EH&S goals and initiatives FTSL promotes the following principles:
