The UniTest product family has been developed over a number of years to fulfil a range of pcb test requirements. The 3 basic family products have overlapping expandability as standard and are capable of meeting all your test needs.

Scalability: The Unitest family provides you with a fully scalable test solution starting with a simple entry level capability; it is scalable to a highly advanced test solution.

Testability: The 5 Unitest systems have been specifically designed to meet even the most demanding test requirements especially for high voltage and power requirements. The UniTest family can fully support the following test capabilities:

The UniTest 505AP

The UniTest 505AP is a high performance analogue ICT test system incorporating all the features of the UniTest 507AP with the addition of full functional power test capability.

UniTest 505HV

The UniTest 505HV, has all the facilities and capabilities of the UniTest 505 AP with the addition of a 5000V generator.

The UniTest 505F

The UniTest 505F has been specifically designed for the functional testing of products, both pcb's and finished units. It is an open framework platform which is capable of support all of SPEA test and measurement instruments as well as can 3rd part instruments. The system comes pre-installed with SPEA's functional test operating system ATOS F.

UniTest 507AP

The UniTest 507AP is an entry level test system, with a small footprint configurable from 64 to 1254 test points. The system is capable of full analogue ICT testing, as well as limited powered functional test capability. The system can be fitted with either a vacuum fixture interface or SPEA low cost fixture solution pneumatic interface.

UniTest 505ADP

The most advanced test solution available in the UniTest family the 505ADP has all the capability of the other 4 systems rolled into one. The 505ADP also has the additional capability of being able to test digital IC through the use of direct non multiplexed Vector testing.
