Field returns are a fact of life for many Companies.

Getting these field returns tested, characterised, repaired and returned to stock or the customer as rapidly as possible is vital. Even if a PCB board cannot be repaired, information on the fault can be useful for design improvement.

 

We have a variety of tools and techniques available specifically targeted to the unique problems with field return products. In the majority of cases, we are able to provide similar PCB test, repair, and data provision services to those provided for both  Production and Bone Pile PCBs.
